Publication of audited accounts for the year ended 31\nMarch 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulation 15(5) of the Accounts and Audit (Wales)\nRegulations 2014 (as amended) requires that by 30 September 2021, Glyntraian\nCommunity Council publish its accounting statements for the year ended 31 March\n2021 together with any certificate, opinion, or report issued, given or made by\nthe Auditor General.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The accounting statements in the form of an annual return\nhave been published on the Council\u2019s website. However, the accounts are\npublished before the conclusion of the audit. Due to the impact of COVID-19,\nthe Auditor General has not yet issued an audit opinion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae rheoliad 15 (5) o Reoliadau Cyfrifon ac archwilio\n(Cymru) 2014 (fel y’i diwygiwyd) yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol, erbyn 30 Medi 2021, i\nCyngor Glyntraian  gyhoeddi ei\nddatganiadau cyfrifyddu ar gyfer y flwyddyn a ddaeth i ben 31 Mawrth 2021\nynghyd ag unrhyw dystysgrif, barn neu adroddiad a gyhoeddwyd, a roddwyd neu a\nwnaed gan yr Archwilydd Cyffredinol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mae’r datganiadau cyfrifyddu ar ffurf ffurflen flynyddol\nwedi’u cyhoeddi ar wefan y Cyngor. Fodd bynnag, cyhoeddir y cyfrifon cyn i’r\narchwiliad ddod i ben. Oherwydd effaith COVID-19, nid yw’r Archwilydd\nCyffredinol wedi cyhoeddi barn archwilio eto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Certification\nand approval of annual accounts for 2019-20<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Regulation 15(1)\nof the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended) requires that\nResponsible Financial Officer of Glyntraian Community Council sign and date the\nstatement of accounts, and certify that it properly presents Glyntraian\nCommunity Council\u2019s receipts and payments for the year. The Regulations\nrequired that this be completed by 30 June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Responsible\nFinancial Officer signed and certified the accounts on 20th June 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulation 15(2)\nof the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2014 (as amended) requires that\nfollowing the certification by the Responsible Financial Officer referred to\nabove, the Council must approve the accounts. The Regulations require that this\nbe completed by 30 June 2020.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Due to the COVID-19\noutbreak, Glyntraian Community Council has not met to approve the accounts by\nthe 30th<\/sup> June 2020 but will be meeting on 1st<\/sup> July 2020 to\ncomplete the approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roedd y\nRheoliadau yn ei gwneud yn ofynnol cwblhau hyn erbyn 30 Mehefin 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roedd y\nswyddog ariannol cyfrifol wedi llofnodi a thystio’r cyfrifon ar 30 Mehefin\n2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
