To support residents through the national energy crisis our Community Agent, Davena Davies, and Cllr Robin Boston have opened a community warm space at the Oliver Jones Memorial Hall to help anyone struggling to heat their home. This is open on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am – 4pm.
Our warm space is a heated, safe and friendly place where you can comfortably spend time chatting to others. It is free to use, and we are offering hot drinks and light refreshments, activities, and other services such as free Wi-Fi.
Brunch Club (cost £2) will continue to run on Tuesdays between 11am to 1pm.
Everyone is welcome.
Having received the very sad news of the passing of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II, on behalf of Glyntraian Community Council, I offer our sincere condolences to the Royal Family in this time of sorrow. Our sympathies also go out to all those affected by this sad news in whatever way.
